Attained results: the barometers Printable version   |   Last update on 22.04.2016 To obtain a global view on the safety of the food chain, the Scientific Committee developed in cooperation with the BFSA a barometer for the safety of the food chain that includes food safety, animaland plant health (fytosanitary situation). These barometers can now be used as an instrument to objectively measure the evolution when compared with previous years.
